Before listening to the preparatory audio, it is essential to set your intention for the workshop. Your intention will act as a guiding force, directing you towards a specific past life where you can explore the root cause of a particular issue in your current life. Take a moment to reflect on the areas of your life that you seek clarity or healing in, and formulate your intention accordingly. This intention will serve as your compass during the Past Life Regression session.
During the session, it is recommended to have a laptop for the best experience. If a laptop is not available, a mobile device can be used. Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and a headphone or earphone for clear audio.
To fully immerse yourself in the session, ensure that you won’t be interrupted by phone calls or messages. Using a laptop is preferred as it provides a more focused environment.
During the session, please position your camera facing towards you. Participants without a camera may not be allowed to join the session.
Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours before the session, as it may affect the effectiveness of the experience.
